Administrative Assistant - US Asset Manager

Responsibilities
- Manage travel logistics and meeting arrangement for the team
- Monitor visitor calendar and host portfolio managers or clients
- Schedule heavy travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries
- Arrange visa and entry administration to ensure smooth travel
- Set up meetings, conference calls and events
- Provide sales support including client information update on Salesforce, managing marketing inventory
- Manage incoming invoices
- Prepare expense reports
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, ideally in a team support function and in a multinational company
- Fluency in Korean and English is a must, fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin would be an advantage
- Ability to manage tasks with competing priorities and deadlines
- Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office applications
- Strong communication skills
