Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End HR Operations: Lead hands-on execution of recruitment, payroll, benefits, HR policies, and performance appraisals - ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Organizational Design: Partner with leadership on org structure changes, workforce planning, and role alignment in a dynamic business.
- Talent & Performance: Manage bonus schemes, appraisal frameworks, and career development programs for a high-performing workforce.
- Business Partnership: Work closely with senior stakeholders to align HR strategies with commercial goals - act as a trusted advisor.
- Change Management: Navigate and lead through frequent organizational shifts (M&A, restructuring, scaling) with agility.
- Policy & Compliance: Develop and refine HR policies, ensuring best practices and legal adherence across regions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a top-tier or overseas university; HR certifications are a plus.
- 15+ years of experience as an HR Generalist with exposure to listed companies, organizational changes, and regional HR practices.
- Full proficiency in recruitment, payroll, C&B, performance management.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken), Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Strong business acumen, adaptability, high emotional intelligence, and stakeholder management skills.
- Immediate availability preferred.
