Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Collaboration
- Partner Alignment: Align event strategies with bank partners and brokerage firms to meet mutual business goals.
- Campaign Integration: Integrate events into broader insurance marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Targeting: Define target audiences, such as bank relationship managers, brokers, or VIP bank customers.
- KPI Setting: Establish clear event metrics, including lead generation, sales conversion, and attendee engagement.
Event End-to-End Execution
- Project Management: Oversee the entire event lifecycle from concept ideation to post-event evaluation.
- Logistics Management: Manage venue sourcing, catering, audiovisual setups, staging, and transportation.
- Vendor Operations: Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with external agencies, printers, and production crews.
- On-Site Coordination: Direct event setups, rehearsals, and live operations to ensure flawless execution.
Content & Experience Design
- B2B Seminars: Organize educational workshops, product training sessions, and regulatory updates for brokers and bank staff.
- Incentive Trips: Plan and execute recognition galas and incentive travel rewards for top-performing bank sellers and brokers.
- Collateral Production: Oversee the creation of event invitations, presentation decks, digital signage, and premium gifts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree holder
- At least 8 years of relevant experience gained from Insurance companies
- Fluent Cantonese and English
