As a Customer Service Officer, you will play a vital role in providing branch operation service and answer clients enquiry professionally
Responsibilities
- Deliver professional and efficient counter services, handling transactions with accuracy.
- Provide excellent frontline service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist in administrative tasks, including account opening/closing and document verification.
- Maintain compliance with bank policies, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Business, Finance, or related field (fresh graduates welcome).
- More than 1 years of experience in customer service, banking, or retail
- Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus).
- Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to work under pressure.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, banking systems training provided).
- Immediate availability or a short notice period is preferred.
