Company Secretarial Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and manage IT committee and governance board meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and communication with members.
• Prepare and maintain meeting documents and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Draft high-quality IT committee and management papers, adapting writing style for different audiences while managing multiple documents efficiently.
• Handle confidential information with integrity, ensuring compliance with policies and governance standards.
• Promote professionalism, teamwork, and cross-department collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Business, Communications, Journalism, Law, IT, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of company secretarial or governance experience in a large organization.
• Proven experience in managing committee meetings and drafting agendas.
• Preferred IT knowledge in IT and project management experience.
• Excellentl English communication skills (written and verbal).
• High integrity, professionalism, and ability to handle sensitive information.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently, and meet tight deadlines.
• Clear, concise report-writing skills tailored to different audiences.
