Our client is an established retail and commercial bank.
Responsibilities
- Provide AML/CFT advisory support to business units and key stakeholders to ensure the Bank meets internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and strengthen the AML/CFT compliance framework and controls across the Bank, working closely with internal and external stakeholders on day-to-day AML/CFT matters.
- Review and update AML/CFT policies and procedures regularly, and support their implementation across the Bank to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Oversee Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) for high-risk customers, ensuring appropriate risk-based assessments and mitigation actions are completed.
- Coordinate and support AML/CFT activities for overseas subsidiaries, ensuring alignment with Group standards and consistent compliance practices.
- Lead or participate in AML/CFT ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned, contributing to continuous improvement and regulatory readiness.
Requirements
- Degree holder with at least 5 years of experience in AML/CFT compliance in the banking industry.
- AAMLP/ CAMLP/ CAMS or other relevant qualification is preferred.
- Fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
