Overview
My client is a leading large-scale company in the industry. They are looking for a Manager and an Assistant Manager who are proactive individuals to lead and support internal communication initiatives across a variety of projects. This role involves developing and executing effective communication strategies that engage stakeholders and facilitate organizational change.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an effective narrative strategy for ERP communication and engagement, ensuring clear and impactful messaging.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Identify communication needs and key stakeholders, creating tailored implementation plans.
- Event Planning and Execution: Design and execute events, campaigns, and activities to promote awareness and engagement across various initiatives.
- Campaign Evaluation: Measure and assess the success of communication efforts, gathering insights for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate messaging across various communication channels.
Requirements
- Proven experience in communication strategy and engagement within large-scale, complex programs.
- Demonstrated ability to create and activate comprehensive communication strategies that guide organizations through transformational change.
- Experience in the energy sector or other asset-intensive industries is highly desirable.
- Candidates with relevant experience from large-scale companies are a plus.
Technical / Functional Competencies
- Certification and training in communications.
- Strong business acumen and exceptional relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholder groups.
- In-depth knowledge of emerging communication platforms.
- Skilled in establishing and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders.
Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Assistant Manager position.
