Strategic Planning & Execution: Assisting the CEO in defining long-term goals and translating them into actionable KPIs or OKRs. They ensure all departments remain aligned with the company's core strategy.
Executive Decision Support: Acting as a "buffer" and filter for the CEO by preparing briefs, conducting research, and synthesizing complex data to facilitate faster, better-informed decision-making.
Project Management (Special Initiatives): Leading high-impact, cross-functional projects that do not naturally fit into a single department, such as market expansions, fundraising, or organizational restructuring.
Communication & Liaison: Serving as a primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders (board members, investors, department heads). They often draft executive communications, including speeches and reports.
Operational Efficiency: Optimizing internal processes and meeting cadences (e.g., leadership offsites, town halls) to improve overall organizational productivity.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree holder
At least 15 years of relevant experience gained from large companies
Excellent command of Cantonese and English
