Take charge of the Group's finance and treasury activities, overseeing day-to-day accounting and cash management.
Manage the full financials for the Group and its subsidiaries in Hong Kong, China and the US, including statutory and management reporting, analysis and tax matters.
Work closely with the Senior management to execute the Group's overall financial roadmap, providing insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
Lead and mentor a sizeable finance team across Hong Kong and Shenzhen, ensuring smooth operations and strong collaboration.
Design, enhance finance policies, procedures and internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
Act as a key contact for banks, external auditors and tax professionals.
Support special projects as required by management.
Requirements
Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or similar disciplines.
Recognised professional qualification is required, e.g. CPA.
At least 10 years of relevant experience from Big 4 audit firms and/or Hong Kong companies (manufacturing/ trading is a plus).
Solid track record in managing finance teams in China is essential.
Experience in rolling out finance systems will be a strong plus.
Hands-on, strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, leadership and people management capabilities.
Excellent communication, proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
