Key Responsibilities
Work closely with designated business contacts to identify and record details of technology systems, including system ownership and external vendors.
Elicit, analyse, and document business needs alongside high-level system insights.
Aggregate and verify data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and alignment.
Maintain well-organised documentation and system inventories to support governance, reporting, and oversight.
Assist in developing summary reports and presentation materials for leadership and key stakeholders.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years' experience in business analysis within large-scale enterprises, preferably supporting technology or transformation programmes; exposure to banking or regulated sectors is advantageous.
Proven ability to engage and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
Comfortable working with non-technical business users to translate requirements.
Solid understanding of enterprise applications and service delivery frameworks.
High level of accuracy with strong documentation and organisational skills.
