Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed annual sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including large-scale corporate projects, through networking with architects, designers, property developers, and end-user clients.
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships, providing tailored solutions and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with the design and project management teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and customized quotations.
- Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs in the premium office furniture sector.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor sales pipelines, prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 8-12 years of sales experience in the high-end furniture, office interiors, contract furnishings, or luxury goods sector; experience in B2B/project-based sales is essential.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing complex, high-value deals.
- Strong network within architecture, design, and corporate real estate communities is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Passion for design, architecture, and premium Italian craftsmanship.
- Willingness to travel occasionally
