What My Client is Looking For:
👉 ServiceNow Core: Strong hands-on experience in implementing, maintaining, or supporting ServiceNow platforms.
👉 The Shape of You: Ideally, you have actual deployment experience, BUT if you've been a heavyweight Business Analyst (BA) mapping logic and gathering requirements for massive ServiceNow rollouts, we want to talk to you.
👉 Background: Exposure to multiple ServiceNow modules, preferrable to gain from large enterprises. Big 4/ IT consulting/ vendor background will give you a massive edge.
👉 Communication: Strong stakeholders engagement skills using English and Chinese
