Responsibilities
- Lead business planning by projecting sales inflow, tracking performance metrics, and providing analytical insights.
- Coordinate and facilitate partnership meetings, including preparation of materials and follow-up on action items.
- Manage departmental budgeting and support strategic financial planning processes.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with bank partners and internal teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, operations, and digital teams to drive business initiatives.
- Streamline workflows to improve turnaround time and enhance service efficiency.
- Maintain a centralized library of key business information and support ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 10 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge in life insurance is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and metrics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese.
- High attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, high-quality work.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure.
