Senior Consultant - Risk Management

About the job
Responsibilities:
- Identify, assess, and monitor key risks across business units
- Develop and implement risk management strategies and frameworks
- Conduct risk assessments for key projects, operations, and investments
- Collaborate with business units to enhance risk awareness and mitigation measures
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance with relevant risk standards
- Prepare risk reports and dashboards for senior management and Board Committees
- Assist in fraud investigations, and the development and review of risk policies and procedures
- Occasional travel to China
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or related disciplines
- Professional certification (e.g., CRM, FRM, CPA, CIA) is an advantage
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, preferably with audit or risk experience in sizeable or listed companies
- Big 4 expeirence is an advantage
- Experience in Mainland China is preferred, with hands-on experience with risk assessment methodologies and compliance reviews
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
