Personal Assistant - SME

Job duties:

• Plan domestic and international travel, including flights and accommodations.

• Assist with marketing events, conferences, and team gatherings.

• Act as a contact point between the CEO and stakeholders.

• Draft reports, meeting notes, and manage confidential information with care.

• Help with marketing projects, track progress, and follow up on tasks.

Requirements:

• Excellent MS Office skills, especially in:

• Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.

• Experience in executive support, ideally in a marketing or corporate environment.

• High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications & Experience :

· University graduate

• Experience working in international or multicultural teams.

• Overseas experience is preferred

• Minimum 10 years relevant experience.
