Job Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive HR support across various functions, including onboarding and offboarding procedures, employee lifecycle management, HRIS data updates, and staff engagement initiatives.
- Assist in managing the full recruitment cycle - from posting job ads, screening candidates, arranging interviews to facilitating the onboarding of new hires.
- Administer and oversee employee benefits programs such as group medical insurance, MPF contributions, and tax filings - ensuring accurate data collection, enrollment, updates, and renewals.
- Maintain up-to-date employee records and ensure proper documentation of all HR-related matters.
- Provide administrative support for daily office operations, including inventory control, vendor management, and general facility upkeep.
- Handle and process invoices, bill payments, and reimbursement requests with accuracy and timeliness.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of company events, staff gatherings, training sessions, performance appraisals, and team-building activities.
- Support various ad hoc assignments and projects as required.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Possess 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in HR and office administration.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously is a plus.
- Solid knowledge of Hong Kong employment regulations and best practices; proficient in Microsoft Office and HRMS software.
- Confident in communicating across all levels of the organization, from frontline staff to senior leadership.
- Highly organized, proactive, and dependable with a strong sense of accountability.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
