About the role

In this role, you will report to the Chief Human Resources Officer, overseeing facilities management, corporate services, and administrative operations across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Facilities Management, maintenance, safety, and efficiency of office facilities.
• Manage vendor relationships and service contracts for office infrastructure, cleaning, security, and utilities.
• Supervise Corporate Services functions, ensure high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement.
• Act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external service providers.
• Ensure strict adherence to procurement policies and procedures.
• Lead tendering processes, vendor evaluations, and contract negotiations in line with regulatory and internal standards.
• Monitor expenditures and provide regular reports to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in office administration, facilities, or corporate services.
• Proven leadership experience within large organizations, ideally in NGOs.
• Background from Housing Authority, Housing Society, and LINK highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, compliance standards, and policy implementation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and service delivery.
• Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English is required for this position.
