Finance and Accounting Manager, up to 65k

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation of accounting principles and ensure alignment with company policies.
• Coordinate with external accountants to deliver monthly financial reporting within deadlines.
• Review monthly financial reports, ensuring all transactions and activities are properly reflected.
• Perform budgeting, analysis, and forecasting.
• Manage the company's treasury operations, including cash flow, payments, and banking relationships.
• Support annual audits and implement internal control measures as needed to strengthen finance operations.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Certified Accountant (HKICPA) is required.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, HK GAAP, and financial reporting standards.
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
• At least 5 years of relevant all-rounded experience.
• Exposure to (or strong interest in) international trade, foreign exchange, commodities finance, and hedging instruments is highly desirable.
