Key Responsibilities:
Assist in business dinner arrangements and logistics preparation
Provide administrative support to management
Organize and attend staff and CSR activities
Coordinate meetings and conferences
Process expenses, manage office supplies, and handle general office upkeep
Support ad-hoc projects and tasks as required
Requirements:
Native Mandarin speaker with work experience in Hong Kong
Minimum of 8 years of solid administrative experience, preferably in chinese enterprises based in Hong Kong
Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
A team player with a proactive, "can-do" attitude
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively under pressure
