    A highly reputed listed corporate is seeking an experienced Head of Executive Assistant to lead a high performing team of EAs and ensuring seamless support for Leadership Team.

    About the role

    This is a pivotal leadership role for a high-caliber team leader who strives in a fast-paced corporate environment. You will act as a culture-builder and performance coach for your team, while simultaneously serving as a trusted advisor to the executive team on complex stakeholder management, and office governance.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead and mentor a team of EAs, fostering a culture of excellence, professional development, and collaborative problem-solving.
    • Standardize best practices across the executive support function to drive efficiency and consistency.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and implement professional growth initiative.
    • Act as the primary point of contact between the executive office and stakeholders, ensuring high-level communication.
    • Manage the recruitment and comprehensive onboarding of all new support staff.
    • Oversee the administrative budget, including vendor management, corporate travel contracts, and executive office expenditures.
    • Lead special projects and executive-level events, ensuring all logistics align with the firm's strategic objectives and brand standards.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
    • At least 10+ years of related work experience, with a minimum of 2 years spent managing a sizeable team of EAs.
    • Demonstrated ability to move beyond tactical support to provide strategic operational leadership at the C-Suite level.
    • Superior verbal and written communication skills, with ability to engage with senior board members.
    • An impeccable track record of handling sensitive, market-moving information with absolute confidentiality and professionalism.
