About The Role
As an Assistant Manager (Quality & Safety), you'll be responsible for System Design, Development & Implementation for ISO 55001. Furthermore, the individual will ensure policies, standards, and procedures are well structured and consistent with ISO 55001 within the enterprise's day to day operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for system design, setup, and implementation to effectively accommodate a range of asset types
- Oversee ISO management system to achieve standardization and customization for workflow/ framework structures and to ensure all quality management systems are in full alignment with the standards of ISO 55001
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for quality systems, such as but not limited to ongoing system management, system maintenance, and system enhancement for all business stakeholders
- Responsible for the process of data integrity, for instance performing data collection accurately across the organisation
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including maintenance, engineering, procurement, and legal department to ensure all quality systems accommodates the user's unique requirements according to the organisation's specific needs
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree of Engineering in Industrial & Systems Engineering or any other relevant discipline of studies in Engineering
- Minimum 4 years of experience in quality & safety, all of which should be obtained within a sizeable organisation
- Individuals with previous exposure to the industries of Aviation & Airlines are highly preferred
- Experience in for System Design, Development & Implementation for ISO 55001 is a must
- Fluency in both written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
- An individual with great communication skills to ensure business stakeholders requirements and needs are fully accommodated and executed
- Candidate with less experience will be considered for the title of Quality & Safety Specialist
- Immediate Avaiblility is preferred
