About The Role
As an Assistant Key Account Manager, you'll be responsible for proactive engagement with existing accounts to achieve goal settings for both commercial and technical objectives (achievement of baseline sales margins and fostering professional relationships with customers).
Job Responsibilities
- Develop strategies and solutions according to market intel and customer's needs & requirements to ensure competitive bid and optimal cost efficiency within the tendering cycle
- Manage and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external parties for the fulfilment of contractual obligations and after-sales services objectives as stated within the agreed statement of works
- Perform commercial negotiations with key accounts and develop pricing strategies for the company's portfolio of products/ solutions
- Handle technical enquiries and provide appropriate industrial solutions to overcome the incident at hand to ensure a high degree of customer operational excellence is attained
- Strengthen brand awareness by proactively engaging key market players for the generation of business/ sales leads
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree of Engineering in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Systems Engineering or any other relevant discipline of studies in Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in key account management, and after-sales services, preferably all of which should be obtained within a sizeable organization
- Individuals with previous industry exposure in E&M Contracting Services, Industrial Equipment Manufacturer or Equipment Supplier is highly preferred
- Knowledgeable in working with key accounts such as MTR is preferred
- Fluency in written and spoken of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
- A detail minded individual with great communication skills to assist internal stakeholders for the fulfilment of after-sales services
- Candidate with more experience will be considered for the title of Key Account Manager
- Immediate Availability is preferred
