Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management and the team.
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across different time zones.
- Handle travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries for domestic and international trips.
- Prepare, translate, and proofread documents, presentations, and reports in both English and Mandarin.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring high confidentiality.
- Act as a key liaison between the Hong Kong office and mainland China counterparts, facilitating smooth communication.
- Assist in the coordination of meetings, conferences, and company events.
- Process expenses, manage office supplies, and handle general office upkeep.
- Support ad-hoc projects and tasks as required
Requirements:
- Native Mandarin speaker with working experience in Hong Kong.
- Minimum of 8 years of solid administrative experience, preferably in a multinational or sizable corporation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- A true team player with a "can-do" attitude and a hands-on approach.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task effectively under pressure.
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
