About the role
This is a high-impact role, and you will play a pivotal part in shaping performance and incentive evaluation strategies, influence executive decisions, and drive data-led insights in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of total rewards philosophy, including compensation, incentive programs, and benefits.
- Oversee the performance management framework, ensuring it drives accountability, transparency, and alignment with business outcomes.
- Design and manage executive and broad-based compensation programs, including base pay, annual incentives, long-term incentive plans, and deferred compensation.
- Conduct market benchmarking and analysis to ensure competitiveness.
- Ensure all performance and reward programs comply regulatory requirements, including industry regulations and reporting obligations.
- Leverage data analytics to evaluate program effectiveness, inform decision-making, and provide actionable insights.
- Partner with executive leadership to support compensation materials and discussions, including annual pay decisions and incentive award recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in HR, Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
- 8 years of progressive experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards, ideally within financial services or asset management.
- Understanding of financial services compensation regulations and best practices.
- Proven experience developing and executing performance management and reward strategies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Experience working with HRIS, compensation planning tools, and data visualization platforms is an advantage.
- Fluent language skills in both English and Chinese.
