Company Secretarial - Accounting Assistant - PE firm

Highlights of the role

• My client is a private equity firm seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Company Secretarial & Accounting Assistant to join their dynamic team.
• They are open to fresh graduates, with half to one year of relevant experience (including internships or part-time work) being a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support company secretarial tasks, including responding to KYC requests from service providers and coordinating document signing.
• Update and maintain our corporate records and database within the filing room and company secretarial IT system.
• Assist with bank and brokerage account openings and periodic reviews.
• Support the accounts payable function through invoice processing, payment preparations, and reimbursement claims for travel and medical expenses.
• Contribute to month-end closing processes and year-end audits.
• Handle general administrative duties, including filing bank statements and payment vouchers, as well as document dispatch.
• Provide clerical support and assist the finance team with ad hoc tasks.

What We're Looking For:

• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience in accounting, especially in accounts payable, will be an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• An eagerness to gain knowledge in banking and account opening procedures, including BVI rules and offshore payment regulations.
