Financial Analyst, Corporate Advisory

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Corporate Finance team in origination and execution of advisory assignments.
• Managing public company takeovers and mergers.
• Facilitating private treaty acquisitions and divestitures.
• Providing corporate and strategic advisory services.
• Assisting with debt and equity capital raising activities.

Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in the Corporate Finance division of a Big 4 Accounting Firm.
• Candidates with backgrounds in Corporate M&A / Consulting will be also considered.
• Excellent financial modeling expertise.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Highly motivated, responsible, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken) is essential.
