Job Description

My client is tier 1 investment bank in Hong Kong, currently looking for a candidate who is experience in Training and Development

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Preparing event facilities, equipment and printing event materials
* Designing and assessing training programmes
* Managing the learning management system, create and update training programs
* Supervising and monitoring progress made via training programmes or schemes
* Preparing report and analysis for survey results and feedback from questionnaire post training or event
* Preparing required documentation for training services provided by vendors
* Assisting in updating and maintaining learning materials
* Supporting the team ongoing administrative requirements
* Assisting in streamlining and documenting key HR processes, transferring knowledge to teams for future coordination
* Assisting with HR administrative functions from time to time as required
