Job Description

Our client is a Listed Company and they are currently looking for a Strategic Business Manager to join their business and support their regional expansion

Job Description:

  • Business Performance Review & Planning: Partner with business teams to drive regular business performance reviews and enhancement effort
  • Change Management: Identify business and operational opportunities, build comprehensive analyses and business cases for change, make strategic recommendations, and support the implementation of the go-forward plan for success
  • Market Insights: Provide insights on emerging market trends, competition benchmarking, and macro environment. Provide independent perspective on current and prospective opportunities to evaluate options and deliver specific recommendations for action
  • Innovation & Strategic Investments: Be a champion for innovation within the Company by shaping and delivering a strategy to build mind share and broad use of Companys ecosystem via strategic partnerships, in-house incubation of innovative initiatives, investments, etc
  • Partner with business units to drive intra-collaboration within the group
  • Be a strategic thought partner to team members in different parts of the business

Requirements:

  • Strategy consulting, in-house strategy, operations, analytical, and/or any business related experience
  • Project management and implementation experience, and experience in managing multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills: An ability to synthesize information quickly, to distill key takeaways, and to weave insights into a compelling story that clarifies and inspires
  • An ability to build deep relationships across a broad organization, to foster a warm and collaborative work environment, and to understand problems from diverse perspectives
  • An Ability to clearly communicate and present information for stakeholders at all levels
  • Exceptional data analytical, time management, and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese a must
