Job Description
Our client is a globally renowned luxury brand, they are looking for a Learning & Development talent to join their expanding team
Job Scope:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and assess competency gaps. Develop and deliver training programs aligned with business goals.
- Formulate, update, and implement comprehensive training plans for leadership and competence development, strengthening company culture, values, and leadership skills.
- Coordinate training activities, including the creation of training materials and resources.
- Identify and select external training programs to meet specific needs. Manage the delivery of external training and evaluate its effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain an e-learning platform, creating content and conducting regular reviews.
- Advocate and promote the training program for employee development.
- Manage training registration, invitations, and participant tracking.
- Monitor participant behavior and skillset changes, providing ongoing feedback.
- Analyze training data and prepare reports to evaluate the effectiveness of programs.
- Maintain accurate training records.
- Provide professional support and guidance to stakeholders in building an internal talent pipeline.
- Handle training logistics, such as materials, visual aids, venues, and equipment.
- Support training and development initiatives from headquarters.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with training vendors.
- Prepare training budgets and manage invoices.
- Stay updated on training and development trends and best practices.
- Assist in HR projects and assigned tasks.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in training and development.
- Experience as a trainer or facilitator is required.
- Certified or knowledgeable in psychometric tools such as DISC, MBTI, or HA.
- Experience with HR projects, talent development, performance management, and staff events is advantageous.
- Familiarity with HK employment-related legislation, including Employment Ordinance, Equal Opportunities Ordinances, and Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
- Strong planning, organization, facilitation, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Creative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement of training and internal communication.
- People-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build relationships across all levels.
- Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Proficient in MS Office, experience with online learning platforms is a plus.
- Candidates with more experience may be considered for Assistant L&D Manager position.
