Job duties:
Plan domestic and international travel, including flights and accommodations.
Assist with marketing events, conferences, and team gatherings.
Act as a contact point between the CEO and stakeholders.
Draft reports, meeting notes, and manage confidential information with care.
Help with marketing projects, track progress, and follow up on tasks.
Requirements:
Excellent MS Office skills, especially in:
Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
Experience in executive support, ideally in a marketing or corporate environment.
High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Qualifications & Experience :
· University graduate
Experience working in international or multicultural teams.
Minimum 10 years relevant experience.
