Executive Assistant, Large Insurance Company

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support to a C-suite member
• Manage the schedule of the C-suite member by arranging and co-ordinating internal and external meetings and conference calls timely and effectively
• Handle travel schedules and to follow through respective arrangements
• Follow up and consolidate relevant information for the C-suite member's meetings with internal and external parties in a timely manner
• Manage the executive's expense claims in accordance with corporate policies and procedures
• Accompany the executive to attend various various and provide relevant administrative support

Responsibilities

• Bachelor's degree holder
• 10-15 years of experience, with relevant exposure gained from large financial institutions or marketing firms
• Excellent command of English and Chinese
• Agile, flexible and is able to work extra hours if required
• Immediate availability would be a plus
