Background
We are partnering with a reputable financial services institution to appoint a Head of Executive Assistant. This is a critical leadership role supporting a C-suite executive while overseeing and developing a team of Executive Assistants within a fast-paced, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level, strategic executive support to a senior C-suite leader, ensuring seamless daily operations and prioritization
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Executive Assistants, driving performance, consistency, and service excellence
- Act as a key liaison between the executive office and internal/external stakeholders
- Oversee scheduling, communications, and administrative processes with a strong focus on efficiency and confidentiality
- Balance hands-on executive support with team leadership responsibilities
Requirements
- Proven experience supporting senior executives (C-suite level preferred) within Financial Services or Financial Institutions
- Strong people management experience, ideally with prior oversight of Executive Assistants or administrative teams
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior leadership
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing competing priorities
- Professional, discreet, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
