Job Summary:
You will play a pivotal role in shaping the global rewards strategy and ensuring seamless employee mobility across regions. You will collaborate with HR teams, finance, and legal stakeholders to design competitive compensation packages, manage tax compliance, and oversee HRIS enhancements. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in C&B, global mobility, and HRBP responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Compensation & Benefits Strategy:
Design and propose rewards, incentives, and benefits programs aligned with business goals.
Conduct benchmarking and analysis to ensure competitiveness in local and international markets.
Global Mobility & Cross-Border Payroll:
Develop cross-border salary proposals.
Manage tax compliance and social security requirements for HK, China and other countries.
Oversee relocation packages, including cost-of-living adjustments (COLA) and expatriate benefits.
Salary Review & Adjustments:
Lead annual salary reviews and off-cycle adjustments, ensuring alignment with budget and market trends.
Partner with HRBPs to communicate changes to employees and stakeholders.
HRIS Implementation & Optimization:
Drive HRIS enhancements to streamline C&B and mobility processes.
Ensure data accuracy and reporting capabilities for global compensation analytics.
HR Business Partnering (Onboarding Support):
Act as the HK HRBP for international hires, managing onboarding until full integration.
Address employee queries related to compensation, benefits, and relocation.
Qualifications:
8+ years in HR, with a focus on C&B, global mobility, and HRBP duties.
Proven track record in designing rewards programs and managing cross-border payroll.
Strong knowledge of tax regulations in HK, China, SEA, Africa.
Experience with HRIS implementation is a plus.
Fluent in English and Mandarin and Cantonese.
