This MNC from the professional services industry is looking for a high-calibre talent to join them as the Senior Compensation and Benefits Manager.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Chief HR Officer, you would be an individual contributor heading up the compensation and benefits function. You will perform hands-on duties on the employees' compensation and benefits, with most of them at the Director or above level, including expatriate package if applicable, linking bonus to quantitative business results such as revenue/EBITDA and equity plan. You will also lead the governance and framework for the compensation and benefits function at the country level and ensure the HR/C&B counterparts follow it. You will also strategically drive transformation and formulate the best practice in accordance to the company's and market's latest development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree holder
  • 10-15 years relevant experience gained from large MNCs with regional exposure and experience in equity plan
  • Fast-paced, posssess strong business acumen and a business partnering mindset
  • Fluency in Cantonese and English
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Candidates with immediate availability are highly preferred
