Job Description

My client is 1st tier US-based brokerage firm, they're looking for a receptionist to join their team. Team is friendly and work life balance.

Responsibilities:

  • Preform reception duties including guest greeting, answering screening and forwarding all incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner; manage all incoming and outgoing mails, fax and parcel arrangement; and distribution
  • Ensure telephone message are correctly taken, including contents and contact details, and forwarded to called party
  • Handle queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence
  • Keep the reception area clean and tidy
  • Provide clerical support to the Admin team, such as managing office supplies, etc

Requirement:

  • 1-3 years as a Receptionist or similar role in sizeable company
  • Presentable, good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Able to work independently, detailed mind, well organized with a strong sense of responsibility
