Digital Project Manager - Insurance Transformation

About the company

My client, a global insurance company is currently going through a major digital transformation, focused on process automation, operations efficiency, insurance products and digital customer experence.

About the role

The transformation needs an experienced project manager to oversee digital projects covering web and mobile, as well as improving inhouse processes using digital automation and solutions, and improving the digital customer experience


  • Lead, manage the full cycle delivery of multiple projects focused on in house transformation and customer experience uplift
  • Responsible for project risk and risk mitigation as well as project budgeting etc
  • Engage directly with frontline users regarding requirements, project status, and expectation management
  • Manage technical teams through the development processes
  • Communicate regularly with Senior stakeholders regarding project status, updates.
  • Collaborate with department heads and program managers, helping to drive the direction of the firms digital business.
  • Support Business analysis activties when necessary


  • 5 Years minimum full-cycle Digital project management experience within Insurance or Banking (Strong candidates with less/more experience will be considered for other roles within the project team)
  • Mobile application project experience
  • Insurance product knowledge
  • PMO experience would be beneficial
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Cantonese is a must have
