A globally renowned loyalty solutions provider, with more than 30 offices across the global and HK is their APAC HQ. My client provides multiple solutions for MNC clients, especially retail chains to drive profitable sales growth, and ultimately, longer term brand engagement.
Their service offerings include licensing projects, CRM program development, retail digital transformation solutions, Advertising & Marketing.
-Identify trends and innovative rewards to be included in loyalty campaigns across the region
-Partner with licensing, sourcing and compliance teams to develop rewards that are suitable for mass production and meeting with licensor requirements
-Develop strategic plan and roadmap for redemption programs of their FMCG clients and drive engagement
-Partner with Product, Supply Chain and other cross functional teams to drive ongoing development of rewards program strategy and marketing program
-A minimum of 5 years of solid experience of driving redemption program and marketing campaigns either in an agency setting or a consumer goods/ retail environment
-A self-motivated and passionate team player with excellent communication and presentation skills
-With strong rewards product knowledge, prior merchandizing and operations experience will be a plus
