ABOUT THE ROLE:
This is a key position responsible for supporting global quality operations, driving vendor quality management, and ensuring product compliance and performance standards across all stages of production.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate with quality assurance and quality control operations across domestic and international supplier networks. Oversee inspection schedules, logistics, urgency overrides, and 3rd party inspections partners.
- Prepare and analyze quality reports to identify defect trends, assess vendor risk, and enforce corrective and preventive action plans.
- Partner with Product Development, Procurement, and Customer Success teams to define key inspection points, establish tolerance limits, and develop standardized quality control guidelines and templates.
- Assist with factory and supplier compliance audits to ensure adherence to company standards, customer expectations, and international quality regulations.
- Investigate and resolve quality issues, factory defect reports, and customer product complaints by executing thorough root-cause analyses and follow-up inspections.
- Compile regular management reports summarizing quality findings, supplier scorecards, and continuous improvement metrics.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- 7+ years of experience in quality field, preferably within manufacturing, production, or consumer products experience
- Strong proficiency in root-cause analysis, tolerance management, inspection methodologies, and quality reporting software/MS Office.
- Exceptional organizational, time-management, and prioritizing skills with strong problem-solving capabilities and high personal accountability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Multi-lingual skills are an advantage.
