ERP Functional Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders from finance, operations, supply chain, and manufacturing to understand business requirements.

• Analyse business processes and convert requirements into clear functional specifications and practical solution designs.

• Lead the configuration and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across finance, supply chain, and manufacturing areas, including planning, bills of materials, and routings.

• Manage the full implementation lifecycle, from requirements analysis and solution design through to user acceptance testing, data migration, deployment, and go-live.

• Collaborate with technical teams on system integrations, extensions, custom development, and issue resolution.

• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve operational efficiency, and introduce automation.

• Prepare and deliver user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.

• Work with international stakeholders and clients to ensure solutions are aligned with global standards and business practices.

Requirements:

• Over 6 years of experience in ERP consulting, with strong exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or NAV.

• Demonstrated experience delivering full-cycle ERP implementation projects.

• Strong knowledge of finance processes and accounting workflows is essential.

• Previous experience in client-facing consulting, implementation, or project delivery roles.

• Experience working with clients or project teams across the United States and Europe.
