Job Description

Our client is a tech solutions company with 8 offices across APAC, they are currently looking for a HR Generalist to support their HK Branch

Responsibilities:

  • Assist on recruitment, job advert posting, sourcing, interview arrangements
  • Perform general administration and HR tasks
  • Provide accounting assistant (such as account data enter, invoice checking, cheque issue etc.)
  • Provide support in administration duties including Flight & hotel booking for the company staffs, stationery order, office equipment maintenance and general correspondence etc
  • Compile, co-ordinate and update various general administrative, personnel matter
  • Assist in other ad-hoc projects related to office management, Hr or administration as assigned

Requirements:

  • Studies in Human Resources Management, Secretarial studies or related disciplines is preferred
  • Good computer knowledge including MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Self-motivated, good communication skills, and multi-tasked ability
  • Be a proactive and good team player
