Accounts Assistant

Morgan McKinley is looking for an immediately available Accounts Assistant to work for a well established business based in the Horsham, West Sussex area. This is a temp Accounts Assistant job role to start ASAP and will be processing accounts payable invoices, reconciliations, payment runs, handling invoice queries etc.

Location: Horsham, West Sussex

Temp pay rate: £14-15 per hour + holiday pay

Hours: 8am - 4.30pm

Accounts Assistant duties:

• Matching and coding of purchase ledger invoices
• Payment runs
• Processing supplier invoices and statements
• Reconciliations
• Supporting with credit control

Skills and experience:

• Proven experience working in a similar Accounts Assistant - Finance Assistant type role
• Excellent communication and IT skills
• Flexible and proactive
