A Top 10 Accounting Practice is recruiting for a Private Client Tax Associate Director to join their Private Client team in Central Manchester, Leeds or Harrogate
As a Tax Associate Director, you'll be a key stakeholder in the local leadership structure, where you'll support the development of junior team members, and the growth of the Private Client Tax team locally/regionally.
Your responsibilities will also include:
- Manage your own portfolio of clients in an advisory focused position
- Developing business from new and existing clients
- Utilise your experience of delivering tax planning/advisory projects
- Contribute to business strategy, identifying growth areas, and be actively involved in marketing the business line
- Manage a small group of junior colleagues with responsibility of reviewing work and yearly performance
- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders such as wealth managers and legal teams
You'll be ACA and/or CTA qualified with demonstrable experience as a Senior Manager or Associate Director in a Private Client Tax team. You'll be a confident communicator, collaborator and someone who is confident in winning new work from new and existing clients. You will also have experience of team management, delegating work and conducting performance reviews.
This position has tangible career progression opportunities to reach Director and beyond. The Practice offers flexible working of 2 days per week in the office.
