Job description:
We're hiring an FP&A Manager to take ownership of the finance function within a high growth, market leading SaaS business in London. You'll join a fast paced environment where greater financial control and sharper insight are essential, working closely with an experienced Finance Director to support the finance team and wider business with commercial guidance, process improvements, and capability development. This role suits someone confident, resilient under pressure, and ambitious, who wants to play a pivotal part in strengthening financial oversight and shaping how finance operates as the company continues to scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts, ensuring robust and accurate financial planning.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision making, growth initiatives, and investment planning.
- Partner closely with department heads to provide commercial insight, challenge assumptions, and drive performance.
- Prepare clear and concise board and investor reporting, translating financial data into meaningful business insight.
- Deliver detailed variance analysis, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to support informed decision-making.
- Oversee cash flow forecasting and provide visibility on runway and working capital to support sustainable growth.
What would the ideal person look like:
- Fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Previous experience in SaaS companies is essential
- Strong experience in group reporting or financial analysis
- Confident navigating ERP/reporting tools
- Comfortable collaborating across multiple teams
- Curious, proactive, and eager to make a difference
