My client is looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to support the firm's growth objectives through hands-on marketing delivery and practical sales support. This role would suit an organised, proactive individual who enjoys coordinating activity, producing polished materials and working closely with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities for the Marketing Executive
- Deliver a pre-agreed marketing communications plan across email campaigns, LinkedIn, partner outreach and events
- Draft, schedule and monitor LinkedIn posts promoting services, insights, events and firm updates
- Manage campaign execution including segmentation, scheduling, quality checks and performance monitoring
- Create marketing assets such as flyers, one-pagers, e-shots and simple graphics using approved templates
- Monitor inbound responses and enquiries, ensuring leads are logged, followed up and progressed appropriately
- Support the preparation of sales proposals, including formatting, tailoring standard content and sourcing relevant case studies
- Coordinate webinars, including invitations, registrations, reminders, logistics and post-event follow-up
- Support face-to-face seminars and events, managing venues, materials, attendee lists and follow-up communications
Requirements for the Marketing Executive
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Confident written communication skills, particularly for email campaigns and LinkedIn content
- Experience using CRM systems and email marketing tools
- Comfortable creating basic marketing assets using templates (Canva or similar tools advantageous)
- Experience coordinating webinars or events desirable
- Some exposure to sales administration or proposal preparation beneficial
