Join a fast scaling London tech firm as the Finance Manager driving growth, strategy, and control across a dynamic operation. The business is now at a point where stronger control is required to help enable growth which will include the implementation of a new ERP, to which this role will be responsible for. As the finance manager you will take ownership of budgeting, forecasting and overseeing a team to show your leadership. Reporting to the CFO this role will offer influence over major business decisions.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Streamline and reduce month-end reporting
- Improve working capital by ensuring stringent cash flow forecasting.
- Lead and develop a team of 5 (4 part-qualified, 1 qualified)
- Own the implementation of scalable systems that turn strategy into measurable impact
- Acts as the key point of contact for auditors
- Partnering with senior leaders to influence strategy and elevate companies performance
What would the ideal person look like:
- (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with 3+ years post qualification experience
- A solution and entrepreneurial focused mindset
- Have deep knowledge about different accounting systems (SAP/Oracle/Netsuite)
- Previously implemented a system
