Typical Workplace & Reception Duties:
- Reception: Greeting high-net-worth visitors, managing busy multi-line switchboards, and overseeing security/visitor logs.
- Facilities Support: Handling incoming/outgoing post and courier deliveries, and ensuring meeting rooms are client-ready.
- Workplace Admin: Maintaining office systems, managing supplies, and supporting the workplace manager with ad-hoc facility tasks.
We Are Looking For Candidates Who:
- Have Corporate Head Office Experience: Recent experience in a professional services or corporate environment is essential; please note that hospitality or hotel-only backgrounds are not accepted for these specific roles.
- Are Ready to Step In: Ability to hit the ground running at short notice with minimal supervision.
