We're working with a fast-growing, high-impact organisation in London who are looking for an experienced Financial Controller to join their team on an initial 5-month fixed term contract, with a strong possibility of the role becoming permanent.
This is a hands-on, high-responsibility role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys owning the day-to-day finance function while supporting strategic growth.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of financial management, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance

Lead the month-end close process and deliver accurate, timely management accounts

Support cash flow management

Ensure robust financial controls are in place and adhered to

Work closely with senior leadership to provide insight and support decision-making

Manage and mentor a small finance team (if applicable)
✅ What We're Looking For:

Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with proven Financial Controller-level experience

Strong technical accounting knowledge and hands-on approach

Track record of improving processes and strengthening financial controls

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels

Must be immediately available

Must be happy to be based in the London office 5 days per week
