Morgan McKinley is working closely with an international organisation based in Hoddesdon, who are looking to recruit a Finance Operations Analyst to join their growing finance team. The role sits within Finance and focuses on contract setup, revenue milestones, invoicing, and financial reporting, working closely with Operations and Commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and maintain contract and revenue records within the finance system
Translate commercial agreements into invoicing and revenue recognition profiles
Trigger invoices and revenue milestones in line with contract terms
Partner with Project Managers and senior stakeholders to ensure accurate financial delivery
Support Finance with budgeting, forecasting, and monthly revenue reporting
Review contracts and financial data for accuracy, compliance, and completeness
Maintain tracking spreadsheets and provide project-level financial analysis
Key Requirements:
Experience in a finance operations, revenue, or contract-based finance role
Strong ERP system exposure (contract setup, invoicing, revenue tracking)
Solid Excel and numerical skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident communicator able to work cross-functionally within Finance and the wider business
