    About the Role

    We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the delivery of integrated marketing plans within a busy recruitment and marketing environment​ on a temporary basis for approximately 6 months.

    This role will involve coordinating and implementing campaigns across the full marketing mix​ and supporting data analysis and reporting​.​ The successful candidate will be organised, analytical, and confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

    Key Responsibilities

    Marketing Campaign Delivery

    • Implement marketing and communication activities in line with agreed marketing plans

    • Deliver activity across multiple channels, including:​ Online, Print, Digital, Publications, Press & PR

    • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time

    Data Analysis & Reporting

    • Conduct research and analyse marketing and recruitment data

    • Produce reports highlighting trends, issues and recommendations

    Planning & Process Improvement

    • Maintain and monitor operational marketing plans

    • Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting

    Financial Administration

    • Raise purchase orders and manage financial administration tasks

    • Track marketing spend and maintain accurate records

    Events & Cross-Functional Support

    • Support recruitment and marketing events such as open days and applicant events

    • Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing the applicant and student experience

    Skills and Experience

    • Experience supporting or delivering marketing campaigns

    • Strong organisational and project coordination skills

    • Experience working with digital marketing channels

    • Ability to analyse and interpret data to inform decision-making

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    • Competent in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

    • Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends in line with recruitment cycles

    • Willingness to travel within the UK, including occasional overnight stays
