About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the delivery of integrated marketing plans within a busy recruitment and marketing environment on a temporary basis for approximately 6 months.
This role will involve coordinating and implementing campaigns across the full marketing mix and supporting data analysis and reporting. The successful candidate will be organised, analytical, and confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Campaign Delivery

Implement marketing and communication activities in line with agreed marketing plans

Deliver activity across multiple channels, including: Online, Print, Digital, Publications, Press & PR

Ensure campaigns are delivered on time
Data Analysis & Reporting

Conduct research and analyse marketing and recruitment data

Produce reports highlighting trends, issues and recommendations
Planning & Process Improvement

Maintain and monitor operational marketing plans

Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting
Financial Administration

Raise purchase orders and manage financial administration tasks

Track marketing spend and maintain accurate records
Events & Cross-Functional Support

Support recruitment and marketing events such as open days and applicant events

Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing the applicant and student experience
Skills and Experience

Experience supporting or delivering marketing campaigns

Strong organisational and project coordination skills

Experience working with digital marketing channels

Ability to analyse and interpret data to inform decision-making

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Competent in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends in line with recruitment cycles

Willingness to travel within the UK, including occasional overnight stays
