    Morgan McKinley is looking for experienced Payrollers, to work for a fab company based in East Sussex. The Senior Payroll Administrator position is a permanent payroll job opportunity working on a hybrid basis.

    Salary: up to £33,500

    Location: Hybrid working - Lewes, East Sussex

    Senior Payroll Admin duties:

    • Ensure staff are paid accurately
    • Input payroll details on to the payroll system
    • Handle any employee salary/pay related queries
    • Check and maintain payroll records
    • Deal with any payroll and pension queries
    • Ensure the monthly payroll reconciliation process is checked and completed
    • Assist with payroll month end procedures

    Skills and experience:

    • Proven experience working in a similar payroll position, ideally in a large organisation
    • Excellent IT skills and ideally have used payroll systems such as SAP payroll or ERP systems
    • Understanding of UK payroll legislation
