Morgan McKinley is looking for experienced Payrollers, to work for a fab company based in East Sussex. The Senior Payroll Administrator position is a permanent payroll job opportunity working on a hybrid basis.
Salary: up to £33,500
Location: Hybrid working - Lewes, East Sussex
Senior Payroll Admin duties:
- Ensure staff are paid accurately
- Input payroll details on to the payroll system
- Handle any employee salary/pay related queries
- Check and maintain payroll records
- Deal with any payroll and pension queries
- Ensure the monthly payroll reconciliation process is checked and completed
- Assist with payroll month end procedures
Skills and experience:
- Proven experience working in a similar payroll position, ideally in a large organisation
- Excellent IT skills and ideally have used payroll systems such as SAP payroll or ERP systems
- Understanding of UK payroll legislation
